How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If you have requested personalization, please allow an additional 1-2 days for our artisans to carefully embroider your doll.
Are Leya Dolls safe for newborns?
Yes, safety is our top priority. All our dolls are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials and meet international safety standards (CE and EN71) to ensure they are safe for all ages, including infants.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized dolls cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are the dolls machine washable?
To maintain the softness and quality of the fabric, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent. However, our dolls can be placed in a laundry bag and washed on a gentle cycle at a low temperature.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
